Profile Management
Navigate to Account > Profile to update:
- Personal information
- Email address
- Password
Billing Portal
Go to Account > Billing and click Open Portal to access a secure portal where you can:
- Update payment methods
- View purchase history
- Download invoices
Subscription Management
From the Account > Billing page, you can:
- Upgrade your plan
- Downgrade your plan
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, simply click the Cancel Subscription button on the Account > Billing page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all features until then.
Account Deletion
To delete your account:
- Click the Delete Account button at the bottom of the page
- Choose whether to:
- Let campaigns continue running on Apple Ads
- Delete campaigns completely
Data Retention
Upon account deletion:
- Your subscription will be cancelled automatically
- All campaigns and account data will be deleted
- Some anonymous performance data may be retained for system improvement
